Mexican Fruit Punch

Ingredients

  • Water 4 quarts
  • Cinnamon 3 pieces
  • Jamaica ½ cup
  • Tejocotes ½ cup
  • Fresh Guavas 1 lb
  • Yellow Apples 3 pcs
  • Prune 1 cup
  • Fresh Sugar Cane 1 lb
  • Piloncillo 6-8 pcs

Directions

  • Bring the water to a boil, while it is boiling add the cinnamon, piloncillo and Jamaica.
  • Let boil for 10 min.
  • After 10 min add the chopped fruits: guavas, apples, cane, hawthorns and plums
  • Lower the temperature to law heat.
  • Let them boil for 35-40 min.
